Accessibility, Clarity, and Insight: A New Look for Your individual reports

We didn’t change the data. We changed how easy it is to use.

Every Insight Assessment client has the option to view individual performance reports based on each test taker’s results. These reports are key tools for decision-makers, whether for academic advising, team development, hiring, or research.

Now, we’ve reimagined the design of these reports to make interpreting results faster, easier, and more impactful, whenever and however our clients choose to use them.

Watch the 1-Minute Overview

Good data should be easy to use

For years, our reports have delivered reliable, detailed critical thinking results. But as valuable as the data was, clients told us they wanted reports that were easier to interpret, explain, and apply, especially when sharing results with test takers or discussing insights with colleagues.

We listened.

This new report format was born from one key idea: great assessment data should be immediately actionable. That means making it easier to understand at a glance, simpler to explore in depth, and more usable across a range of settings, from classrooms and training programs to advising offices and HR meetings.

A modern report built for action: What's New

Clearer Insights at a Glance

The redesigned reports feature color-coded scoring bands, visualizing performance levels from Not Manifested to Superior - a fast, intuitive way to see where strengths and challenges lie.

Skill-by-skill breakdowns

Each core reasoning skill or mindset attribute is presented with its own score, a plain-language description of what that skill involves, and a clear interpretation of the score level.

Smarter visual layout

The new layout uses whitespace, modern fonts, and visual hierarchy to reduce cognitive load. The report is easier to scan, easier to share, and more inviting to engage with.

Designed for Accessibility and Inclusion

This redesign wasn’t just about making reports more attractive — it was about making them more usable for more people.

  • Clearer visual layout and improved information hierarchy
  • Language has been reviewed for clarity, readability, and cultural sensitivity
  • Modular formatting that words better in screen-based environments and digital workflows
  • A more inclusive experience for diverse users – from leadership to learners

Whether your audience is a college freshman, a senior clinician, or a program director, this report delivers insights that land.

Better Experience = Better Conversions

With these new reports, we aim to empower:

  • Researchers to clearly visualize and communicate individual cognitive profiles in studies of thinking, decision-making, mindset, or behavior.
  • Hiring managers to identify candidates with the reasoning skills most aligned to success
  • Advisors to offer more targeted coaching
  • Educators to foster deeper learner reflection
  • Program leaders to make informed, data-driven improvements
  • Training and L&D teams to personalize development plans based on real gaps
  • Learners to recognize their own strengths and areas for growth

This is more than a report- it’s a conversation starter, a decision-support tool, and a step forward in how we connect thinking assessment to real-world outcomes.
