Accessibility Statement

Insight Assessment is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all users, including individuals with disabilities.

We are actively working to enhance the accessibility of our digital experiences and aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

To support these efforts, Insight Assessment has engaged Allyant to conduct accessibility audits and provide guidance on remediation across key areas of our platform, including our website and test-taker interface. These efforts are part of an ongoing initiative to identify and address accessibility barriers and improve usability for all users.

While we strive to make our content and tools accessible, accessibility is an ongoing process, and some areas may be in the process of improvement.

Accommodations & Assistive Technology

At Insight Assessment, we encourage all of our exam administrators to extend accommodations to their test-takers prior to setting up their testing session.

Our settings allow administrators to meet time extension requests made by their test-takers on an individual basis. Our test-taker system is designed with WCAG 2.1 AA compliant contrast, ensuring high visibility for content throughout the experience. 

The Insight Assessment test-taker interface is compatible with the following:

  • NVDA
  • JAWS
  • Narrator
  • VoiceOver (Mac)
  • Speechify

While the specific screen reader used for your organization may not be one we’ve formally validated, our technical team expects a majority of screen readers to function similarly.
